There are to many inexperienced VPs and leaders in this company. Experience really is everything. Their lack of experience and leadership has ruined the company and cost so many employees. I see them as childern playing dressup at the expensive of the rest of us.
It was hard enough working end to end solutions across all the teams at Elevance, now an end to end solution requires coordination across multiple companies with disgruntled Ex-Elevance employees.
Messy organizational structures are ripe for corruption.

These leaders are fighting with each other at the expense of associates to cover for Rat 20mil mismanaged budget

Elevance Health is just trying to bring about equity in the world order. The citizens of less wealthy nations need our support, so we must all make sacrifices on their behalf.
This is a ploy to get us to not post about the rebadge cruelty under Elevance’s name.
