CTC has become a depressing place to work. How are we supposed to plan and create valuable goals when our leadership’s goal is to eventually eliminate your job. My manager is helping feed this fire by making more “business” related requirements for this goal setting process.

It's the miserable "safe space" guy again. Go away, you're just a bully.
When you do your PowerPoint presentations in the future (at Exxon)
- Make sure the slides flow logically and with continuity
- No more than 3 bullets per slide
- Review slides very carefully as everyone in your audience will be trying to make points finding errors.
- Any bad presentations will be discussed in your two/three annual evaluations.
No doubt it's depressing
I am so depressed too. I want milk and cookie and safe space. I hope I can stay home with my blankie and do nothing and get paid like always
digital analysts and advisors!
