its like office bullshido. once you implement it even if you say you gonna take it away they gonna put in place some kind of loophole like if your manager allows kinda thing to let you skirt it anyway. take away their pronouns and see what happens instead...

talk with your manager to workout a schedule. heck, your manager (and above) is probably not even here most days anyway. this "mandatory" rule, like every other inconvenience, will pass in a few months.

Presumably there will be exceptions for folks who moved to a different state as they were given assurances at the time that doing so wouldn’t be a problem in the future.
