Had the 11:30 meeting where we were told our jobs were being moved to kyndryl and how great kyndryl was then at the end of the presentation we were told our jobs were being eliminated because of the move. Seriously poor leadership to handle it that way.

Carelon Behavioral IT is moving to Deloitte. I am being forced to take whatever terrible offer or resign without severance.
Do you think executives, who are showing themselves to be horrible people, lie so much that they really believe they care about associates? And their little subservients trying to say this is a good thing with a straight face.
I hope that Karma finds them and we get to watch.
Just to clarify they made us think we were moving to Kyndryl and then got to the last slide that said our work was moving but we aren’t. Only a couple people are moving.

Kyndryl not as bad as Legacy IBM. Doesn’t help much but I thought I’d let you know.
There are several teams within Carelon (DPAIO) where each director has less than 7 members. It is a pity that they are not optimizing people leaders and instead the hardworking associates are being rebadged.
They worded that poorly, they said we were going to be Kyndryl as critical, then said we were being let go. The critical people were on a call before us and they are moving to Kyndryl, not many of them.
Meeting today. All of Carelon IT employees are going away. They have no choice either quit or move to Deloitte. Directors will still manage teams but all we’d will be consultants. If they quit they will not get severance.
