Phase 1: layoffs (Nov- Dec). Done
Phase 2: RTO 5 days a week. Done
Phase 3: Further layoffs after evaluation.
Phase 4: Ensure enough office space is available in all Bldgs. to invite Remote people.
Phase 4: Mandate RTO for Remote people, half will accept & half will leave.

@bn+1jkrcsejg Nice fantasy. All that will do is make the office noise even more annoying to focus and do good work than it is.
Alright y'all... that's the secret. Get loud on your calls. Get so loud clients hear other clients bidness (they already do...). Point out you can't hear over the office noise. Point out there are no private spaces available for client calls. "Our clients want us in the office." Bet. Make clients complain about the office. The noise. The lack of privacy for confidentiality.
So this is reposted after it got downvoted to he-l with some new bullet points to sound smarter 🤓🤓🤓
My understanding is that its because when they started packing everyone in like sardines, the call center people were so loud as a collective that it was overriding the noise buffering of a bunch of managers offices, so they sent them home.
Can anyone explain why call center reps are allowed to work from home?
Phase 5:...
Is there a source on this? And can you confirm that layoffs are AFTER the evaluation and bonus payout?
Aren't account managers allowed to work at home or has that changed, too?
Some remote are already being asked to RTO
