I know a guy that jumped over there. Said they are constantly reorging. I don't think any of the divisions are safe.

I heard some IT went there and are doing very well. They say they really like the work they do. Much more freedom and highly effective contributions.

I know 2 people who went to Ford Pro and both of them are the most useless people I had worked with at Ford. I mean seriously that place looks like a dumpster ground for all rejects in Ford to fake their LinkedIn profiles in an effort to find another place to grift. Not to mention, they are full of H1b indians who don't know what they are doing.

Ford Pro is a he-l hole of back stabbing Sales and Marketing flunkies. In FP now and been working to get out. Most have no idea what they are doing and the few that do are being worked in the ground while the sales groups wine and dine themselves on the corporate dime while bringing in measly results. Everything is fake here.

Model e is still the strongest organization within Ford for one simple reason, the future.

The future growth of the business is within electrification and subscription/data services. That is fact and listen to any Global Town Hall from the past few years for proof.

The other divisions of Ford are bound to be sunset eventually when governments around the world get more serious about environmental concerns (which is already happening).

Apparently you are so uneducated you don’t know Ford ‘Blue” existed for over 100 years before “model e” was created.

Avoid commenting to avoid making your entire group appear to be as worthless as you.

Ford Pro is smoke and mirrors. Taking credit for revenue, but not for expenses.
Cannes “retired” because it is going to implode.

Yeah I’m technically in model e but support programs across all 3. Pro and blue couldn’t exist without our output.
It seems like accounting wizardry … at least to those that have been here a long time.

The 3 divisions (Pro, Blue, Model E) are meaningless and will not affect probability for cuts.

Think about the divisions. Pro looks great because the get credit for super duty and other high margin products. But who designed the hardware (chassis, power train, body)? The Ford Blue team of course. And likewise, the software/controls is Model E.

Ford Pro is comprised of several small businesses. If one is not working, out it goes.

No place is safe. If you think Ford pro is safe. You are too naive, and have not been here long enough.
