POTUS came in to office Jan 21 and all Federal Workers got their EOI letter already. How long can it take our HR guru's to draft something up? lol

They are setting themselves up for the best advantage. The people aspect is not weighed. Delays are because they are waiting for the Hess deal. Engine hiring is taking longer than they expected. They don’t care about your input that there’s no transparency. They don’t care about you moving on. They make the best decisions for their position.
TX is a right to work state. They can send them whenever they want
According to US Budget Watch, in his first term Trump approved $8.4 trillion in ten year debt compared to Biden’s $4.3 trillion. As you may recall, Trump approved a massive tax cut that was not offset by spending reductions - too unpopular- and essentially ballooned the deficit.
They have ALL been ripping off Americans for years and Elon is not doing well and needs more money….unbelievable! In case anyone has forgot or somehow does not know America is 37 TRILLION dollars in debt! Someone better change something soon or it will all fail…good luck!
Most of those offer letters completely circumvent the prescribed law.
So... not really binding in any way, shape, or form.
They need to get rid of all government employees as fast as possible so Elon can steal all the confidential data and use it to make trillions of dollars. DOGE is a joke to help the bro brothers rip off the American people.
HR is a joke. How many interns/new hires have we lost to Exxon and Shell because we can’t get offer letters completed in a timely manner.
It’s easier to send out EOI letters when you have no intention of paying them out.
Looks like quite a bit longer. That’s longer for people to get paid and prepare.
