If you can do better

The good ones quit. The deadwood remain.
Unless retirement is approaching.
DXC failed their huge UTC account. Not a mystery why.
Can't run a business with 10% giving their all and the remainder of the team useless.
Management just takes the pay and fails to enforce or do even the basic leadership functions... Approving time cards just wasn't enough when you have people who lie about work time and surf the internet all day. Netflix was popular. When people were actually in the building.

hey buddy, I agree with you. 100% plus we shouldn’t be closing tickets just to close tickets. We should be contacting the person that open the ticket and find out if they’re satisfied with the solution and if not, keep the ticket open until they are.

do you wanna know how to win? Provide excellent service don’t nickel and dime a the customer. Change the change control process so you don’t have to diet every eye and cross a tea today it takes longer to create the change control documents and to get approvals then it does actually make the changes.

Have a peer review of what you’re gonna change and actually have change control people that actually know technically what’s happening and how one change may affect another

The the processes to get anything done at the DXC it’s time consuming and a waste of money, Streamline everything.

The other way to make some money is the fire the network team that are on strike. They should be fired for cause not given redundancy or severance or any such thing. Any group that decide not to be professional should be let go immediately.

When I was with the company, I worked my butt off. I never said it’s not my job because if it wasn’t, I’d either find the solution or find the correct department and talk with them before dumping another problem over the fence.

Of course we are losing more than winning... Its part of the plan. Must be if the continuing quarter on quarter and year on year revenue run off is so highly praised by the execs and described as "really good quarter"

UTC has been gone for quite some time, this is not NEW news. Kyndryl won the UTC account and contracted DXC to handle some of it while they got up to speed!
