I heard RIFs have hit HCN, BH, and Claims Integrity? With UM and Digital Platforms this week? All termination dates set for 3/28? Can anyone confirm? Also - is AIP still offered to those RIF’d? Any other Depts on the RIF radar?

@a5+1jkkeygwf - The SLT is mainly focused on impressing Wall Street, which currently seems to mean cutting both fat and muscle from the corporate body.

Has it occurred to anyone that we are positioning ourselves for a sell off? Everything mentioned in this post is the prelude to selling off parts of the company.
Until aug/sept - things will be super tough. Constant RIFs, rebadging , until we get thinner and thinner by strength. No one is talking about new ideas, ways to improve member experience, more value add initiatives. Sad but true.

I can confirm that the AIP is paid similar to any non RIF associate. However the AIP % is considerably low to all associates - around 35-40%, subject to vary between departments. May the SLT takes a stand on no more RIFs and focus on value creation.
