@k0+1jkhe1wvm - Elevance Health already resembles a Rube Goldberg machine. Why not bolt on another shiny object at the whim of some higher up?

This will be another mess.
Because the inept people leaders (some of them at least) do not retain the staff that knows the system inside out. And the newbies and so-called “experts” can’t see the forest for the trees.
Never enough money to integrate them appropriately.
