KG might be better for that role vs RS or any of the other GMs
The new ops org will be run by LC’s buddy KG. It’s a foregone conclusion. His data guy got fired for things beyond LC’s control. But IT ops is fully KG’s to lose.

@ke+1 not sure there is a direct replacement - the new Ops org will take all of app ops so that leaves foundation much smaller if it even survives. Am sure some loser gm will snake their way into leading ops.
Don't worry RS is not far behind CL on "retiring". Three guesses on who his replacement is.
He’s the ultimate workplace politician. Always leaving himself an out in case things go bad so he can blame someone else.
He seems like a cool guy, everytime he interacts with those who work under him he drops F bombs and is not PC.
The thing that RS should volunteer for is the EOI. Take his other peer GMs with him to volunteer for the EOI also

I’ve known Ray for many years, he’s an id--t and snake, but a clever snake, he was able to tongue twist that disastrous SCDF project into a promotion. He’s the best golden tongue tool there is.
