Anyone heard anything about what bonus is funding at this year?

I am remote and was told I could stay remote because of the distance from my home to the hub office. I actually saw an increase in AIP. I still think that anyone outside of the hub is vulnerable to a layoff so I am planning accordingly. That said, I have heard some people working at hubs have been laid off regardless so job security in becoming less certain. Sorry I went off on a tangent there.
Anyone here outside of the hub radius (WFH), experience a ding in their AIP? I am assuming that is the reason, but haven't received a straight answer.
Those who had 0% merit increase, do you plan to search another job and quit?

Overall, not too shabby given all the talks of tightening budgets and RIFs.
0% Increase, meaningful contribution, this company is a joke
Is information about pay grades available on MyHR? I am curious about pay bands for each of the grades. I did not even know that the letters in the grade represent regional averages.
"Question about salary range - are the min/mid/max the same across a grade level regardless of actual job or geography?"
No! They are different and represented by the letters (A, B, C, D, E, F) beside the number (14, 15, 16 ... )
C is the national average. F is max (think San Francisco)

@14e+1jkgk4xbb you exceeded goals by 3x and received 4.4% merit? Not to mention LTI of 99% which shows they are okay if you stay or go. Time for you to join that mass exodus.

Overall in the surface not bad unless you consider I was the top performer in my region, exceeded my goals by more than 3x, top 10 overall in ICG, was rated extraordinary and my region also exceeded plan. So in that context, extremely disappointing. Appears there was zero consideration given to rewarding a truly stellar year. Hoping all top performers weren’t treated so poorly or else there is going to be a mass exodus on 3/15.
Pls post as below so everyone may benefit. Mine:

I was happy enough with AIP and LTI being very close to target. Not so happy with 1.6% merit. I'm grade 16.
I got my merit increase news. Was only marginally higher than 2024’s 3.1% and I got the highest rating this past year. I kind of had a feeling it wasn’t going to be great just knowing how things have been at the company these last 12 months. I wasn’t all that surprised by the news just had a feeling it would be a let down. I’m not blaming my direct manager I know most of it is not in their control.
I received a 1% merit increase with a "meaningful" rating. They are keeping pay supressed if you are higher than midpoint (somewhere around 105% of midpoint) in the pay grade. Hopefully you have a manager that went to bat for you.
Managers could start communicating today. Curious to hear what merit increases are looking like for people. I had a great review and rating and my merit increase feels like a joke. But if everyone’s is that way, is that just where things landed this year - low overall? (Before you come at me, I also realize a lot of other factors play into it like grade level, where you are compared to midpoint, etc.). Talking in generalities here.
How do you know what your bonus % is? Where do I find that info?
Whats the average percentage for comp increase? Is it 3% or higher?
I just got 110% bonus not sure what's going on since I just got meaningfully performance. Are they trying to butter me up before more layoffs?
With that attitude, hopefully a lot ....
If you were not a top performer and not a bottom performer, how much could your manager sc--w you on bonus?
Couple more days!
Depending on your rating it varies from 0% to 110%
differed by group so depends what group you are in
