I saw in LinkedIn that Optum RX is hiring a couple of SVP roles. How is that possible when they are laying off so many people? This org makes no sense to me

Follow the money trail.
I promise you neither UHC or sophomore have been hiring for quite a while. Any jobs posted are optics only. A lot if companies are doing that. I guess. To trick the shareholders.

Because Optum Rx is on the bottom floor of the inverted skyscraper of he-l. Every problem they have is because they hire the toadiest toads, the most poisonous snakes and rabid wolves at all levels. They cannot keep people and honestly, they shouldn’t. They should be recruiting from maximum security prisons and hospitals for the criminally insane because they like to promote psychopaths
