If you are a Director or above, it’s not hard to figure out if the comments are from a direct report. From there, context gets you to the individual.
My leader actively tries to work to improve things and transparently shares the survey results with the team. We work together to address the concerns. If your leader is not doing this, you may need to report it to HR. Also this is the first survey Juan will see results from, we should fill it out so he can really see where he needs to focus. Just my opinion. Just be smart and not self incriminate with your comments.
DO NOT complete these surveys!! They are not anonymous. Do do not have a positive benefit and nothing will change. You're just putting yourself or team on the radar.
LilWayneP here.
You best fill out those Pulse surveys and put high marks for the C-suite and EMG. Or I will bring Tamala back to personally sp--k all of you snowflakes.
Is that an assumption on your part that leaders use surveys to figure out who to fire or are you a leader currently who is giving firsthand advice? Since others indicated our responses will hold management accountable and that managers get dinged if their reports give them bad feedback then your post comment only breeds fear of retaliation and our voice doesn't matter.
Leaders use surveys to figure out who to fire.
Confirming this that more focus on these results and addressing employee concerns ( except Cigna and RTO complaints) everyone should complete it it’s holding leadership accountable more than ever
I would highly discourage you from taking ANY survey. If you have not noticed, the majority of laidoff personnel group has been from those who had dissenting voices. USAA knows who you are and what you've been doing to the surveys. Unless you are going to score Satisfied, stay away.
I’ve learned to NOT take these surveys. If past feedback is suppressed (ignored) then how is giving the same feedback again going to matter?
The fact is that it isn’t going to change anything. The teams that have negative pulse results gets scrutinized by their leadership. It’s more about raising the score for appearances than anything else. If the score is low, the manager is held responsible. No real change ever occurs.
OP what are you saying? How is filling out survey going to change a toxic culture. Your post is not clear. What's the point?
