Wow! How much did we spend on this nextgen effort? Anyone able to make heads or tails of the New system and get anything done they did before? That EDW data modernization sure is providing some high quality data isn’t it RL? SPIRIT Awards all around.

Product is finely sufficient, but nobody knows how to code stuff. Training provided was insufficient and poorly timed. Where is training now that product is rolled out? Hypercare supper is terrible .. . .Vendors are not getting paid properly.
The Nextgen product and value add is consistent with RL’s prior performance in Exploration. Counting those successes and adding in Nextgen equates to zero.
Another colossal waste of time to give the appearance that we’re actually doing something innovative. We’re not. But the board’s gotta justify their salaries and bonuses and especially, RL’s.
