So on the call today, they mentioned bonus info will be given out starting next week and up till 2/21 is when everyone will be informed.
Is the pay out date still 2/28?
I know lots of people will be leaving in March after that bonus check hits

I’m in risk mgmt and know of three people who are leaving and haven’t told their managers yet. Guessing a lot of people have 3/15 start dates for their new roles haha!
This isn't correct. The numbers come out to managers on the 12th. They have from the 12th through the 20th to tell people. Employees will see their numbers in the HR system where you get paycheck info, on the 21st.
Bonuses show up on the 28th and your paycheck.
If you get long-term incentive, you need to stay until at least March 14th to get payments from that.

Lots of quitting and retirements coming up. Which means lots of extra work for anyone left!!!
No mention if fully funded, just that we had a great fourth Q and year, I am sure they will make up some excuses.
Nervously awaiting to find my bonus hopefully next week and not on 2/21.
Someone also asked if we should worry about layoff with new CEO, basically said business as usual, adjustment to staffing is always ongoing….so be prepared for layoff in Q2.
Dates to leave us bank: after Jan 31 or after Feb 28th! Of each fiscal year. Q1 mass exit.
