I can’t hire because looks like your team isn’t at capacity…try this A1 cr-p that won’t fix what still needs a human to review. It’s all nonsense!!! I’m tired of it. No funding, dated technology. HOW CAN MY TEAM BE EFFECTIVE WHEN THE INFORMATION WE NEED IS IN 5 PLATFORMS TO DIG THROUGH!!!!!!!!! Shame on you GAIL! Shame on you Felicia! Shame on all Executive VP’s and Staff VP’s. Feeling this!! CCA in Carelon is AWFUL! I can not stand my work anymore…I just started looking and have an interview coming up. It’s worth my health and or my time.
I'm doing 35% of my work well this year. I will not work in the evening. I will not work on the weekend. I will not log in early to meet with CGS. None of that falls in line with 35% effort so it's not value add to me.
One time we had a culture common on not doing low value work. Taking that one to heart. Everything is now low value until I am valued. NFG.
