Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Definitely lots of overkill positions. No need for I II III levels. Obvious positions that can be cut are operation managers, frame technicians, engineering has too many parts, any sales teams, tech overload, network groups could be simplified, too many staff groups. Remember, we are in a hiring freeze in the majority of the company. No more handouts from the government for now so builds are done. This company needs a Doge efficiency group to study all the wasted groups and positions. Could save millions with a 25% cut if not more.
