I’m a virtual employee so the in office expectation doesn’t even apply to me, but as I sat and watched them talk about this I was actually embarrassed for them. The only word I could come up with for this whole conversation is “silly”. It’s just silly. I wish they would spend as much time, effort and money on systems that actually matter and impact our day-to-day working lives.

This attenuation and the rolling 12 mos is how they are going to justify tanking your 1-4 year end rating for next year. Remember, a new 2 rating is under the line so bonuses will be affected. Also, only a small percentage will get 3 or 4.
