With so low motivation and morale at work, I am curious what associates will submit in the Great place to work survey and how the numbers look this year. I am thinking most of the metrics will be pulled down. Thoughts friends?

There is no such thing as an anonymous survey. That's why most have a code specific to the recipient and you're instructed to not forward it to anyone.
Stop going to townhalls and any executive led activity.
Stop answering any surveys.
You. Are. Too. Busy.
You are doing more with less, less of what their egos want.
They know our opinion. They don't change based on our opinions. Continued surveying is just to bump some metric on some execs scorecard. Let them measure it with no data.
They've told us how they feel by the division of the working class. Rebadging and RIFs ARE the culture. Executive paychecks ARE the culture. Anything else is a half assed brainwashing attempt to further line some execs pocket.
Executives shouldn't have to have key metrics to know how to treat their employees better. McKinsey probably left that part out though.
Say absolutely nothing. Do not fill out a survey. Do not give feedback. It is best to completely disengage and do the bare minimum for your job. What you say will mean nothing to the executives. NOTHING. Based on their actions they are hateful people who are only here for themselves. They will sc--w you over in a heartbeat if it can save them five dollars. They have attacked members. They have attacked providers. Now they are attacking employees. All for their oversized bonus.
@ad+1jkdn0ebe - I was there for many, many years, and not once did I ever complete the survey. Don't trust this place! They will sc--w you every which way they can.
It’s wild how companies claim surveys are anonymous, yet they track who has and hasn’t completed them. I remember getting emails with breakdowns of completion rates for my small team—pretty clear messaging that they know exactly who’s participated. Managers even get pressure over it. It really makes you wonder how honest employees feel they can actually be. Some folks might brush that off, but it’s worth asking yourself: how much would you really say if you knew they were watching.
They hand pick who participates in the surveys. And they prep them.
i ignored the emails like 5 times. Hopefully I don't get in trouble... since it's so annonymous

So cute little fact. while the survey might be a little anonymous, it isn't completely. I had gone a few years without having a 1:1 with my manager and I made mention of that in the survey. The wrong manger was tagged with that comment, and I heard him proving to HR that he had met with all his associates... my manager at the time wasn't bothered by HR because the survey system didn't even classify my comment correctly.
Received an email today to complete the survey. Nope.
Y’all got a survey??
It was the first bad survey I ever gave, I was in the next layoff!
Don't ever fill those out. They can tie it back to the EE. Bunch of bs.
Firstly, no one ever thinks surveys are anonymous so a good portion of you lie every time. That and that awards can be bought are the reason the company touts associate experience. Had everyone not been afraid to provide truthful feedback, we could have moved the needle a long time ago on morale.
Now they're going to use workday for surveys.Which means it's now officially attached to you....for data analysis.
I beg you. If you're just going to lie, don't fill out a single survey. You're doing yourself and everyone else a disservice by drowning out the people who are willing to tell the truth. The company will continue to take advantage of your fear of anonymity. It's because we all fear rif or retaliation and they know this.
If the Cult-ure Club doesn't understand how fearful associates are to be truthful and thinks frequent workday surverys are the solution, we're a lost cause.
You're not going to kumbya us into a better experience. Flip the entire SLT. That's the experience we need.
Is there a dumpster fire award that we can crowdsource money to buy for now?
This survey is a farce. They only poll 5k associates and how the 5k are selected is not made public
There wasn’t an associate survey at all last year. So based on that fact wouldn’t Elevance not even be eligible for getting this award in 2025? No survey no results. Or is there a “secret survey” given to select associates to supply for this particular award?
They just won’t share results, like this past one
This is a fake award that is bought by companies. If it were real there is no way Elevance would get this award.
It would be reassuring if they laid out their action plans for addressing the issues identified by associates in the survey. I doubt that will happen since they don't want to air the reality of many bad situations at the company.
If it is a real survey it is only taken by the organization accountable for securing the award.
That survey has become a joke as it is something that is bought
