Inevitable. They raided it. What else could be done.
Aero will survive, the rest won't.
Ongoing offshoring and continued debasement of the U.S. worker.
Funny, a couple of years ago 'Tired director' 'Grown a Conscience' a a few others laid it out clear as day, from DA's ousting, to renaming groups, repositioning and eventual breakup! They absolutely nailed every future move and told all the hard truths, I knew they were giving away solid intel because HR down voted them like crazy. Before the Elliot announcement it was already said on here about an internal battle at the top reference Aero. It now only remains for IA to be dismantled. To be fair Aero will be set free now and given a chance to really flourish, I fully support that decision and enjoying a big fat dollop of 'I told you so'! It's gonna get spicy :) :)
On MSN:
Honeywell to split into three companies, but stock drops as outlook disappoints
Honeywell employees get access to to wsj through work. Search for it internally.

these id--ts on the top - they lack any original thinking - they did literally what Elliott asked. Look at what Culp did at GE - you should spin off your @#@# BA/IA first and keep the crown jewel Aero for last. No, these id--ts wanted to keep the garbage "automation"; and they even told wall street that they wanted to do acquisitions. Gee, you can't even care for the existing portfolio, you want ruin more companies?
Stock dropped like a stone.
Id--ts.
Kaput!
