Correct that there are some not Union but they do wait until settlement of those bu’s that have unions and get what was settled. Which is usually what is settled nationally.

Not all O&M are under a union contract. For the most part their raises have been higher than salaried raises for a few years now, so it wouldn’t surprise me. Most won’t go salary for less than PSG 22, and in some
Cases PSG 23.
So it will be negotiated when the current contract ends.
