H1b survival after RIF

Does any H1b here that have been affected in the recent or last year RIF got job?. Can anyone share their experience?. How is the job market outside for H1b especially? Are companies still ready to sponsor H1?

they're putting america first so that means h1b is in demand right now. I think they should ship off all off shore and worry about usa first but I guess everyones a hypocrite when it comes to money.

i’m just sharing my experience, h1bs are less riffed. But if they are riffed it will be very difficult for them to survive because they only have 60 days to find another job. Otherwise they have to leave the country.

H1Bs have less chance of RIFs over Non h1b
Because they can do badge conversion gimmicks and they can have legal take care of it
A guy in Elevance on h1b told that’s what happened to him
All his team was let go except him because he was the only h1b resource and rest were non immigrant
