All of Operations has been having meetings for grades 30 and above about moving things around. Anyone know what this is about?

PEx received an invite and immediately all of the managers are pushing to make sure to attend. The UHG side of this site has it listed about a buyout.
What teams received meeting invites for 2/17? Received one in specialty benefits ops. Are there meetings for all teams in Operations? And is it entire teams or just select people?
If you accept a voluntary severance it may disqualify you from getting unemployment. Have to check at the state level for that.
How is a buyout different from severance?
Rumor is they will be offering buyouts to thousands of employees.
I have a meeting on 2/17 that just says "business updates." That doesn't sound good.
