Heard today April is our time for return to office. Anyone know what buildings they will be in? Also, anyone know what percentage I need to adhere to in order to get a good review?

I've been at usbank over 10 years, been in and out of office. Been working from home since COVID. I don't like going back but it is what it is. What is really really making me mad is this id--tic shared desk space bull. Even in cubicles is SO loud and distracting, and keeping personal items at a desk is one of the very few things that make it not su-k. The shared desk cr-p is driving me insane. Not to mention all the cringy corpo speak about it. "Collaboration spaces" yeah ok you mean everyone will be endlessly chattering and also watching you work over your shoulder endlessly. Sure sounds super productive
Charlotte U.S. Bankers are mostly degenerate dropouts from other more successful banks in town.
Return to office was like 2 years ago and we’ve had to be showing up at least 3 days a week since then. April is just the date of Hub transition. Were you supposed to be in office and just not following directions? That’s what will result in everyone needing to go back 5 days a week!
Just don't be the id--t that badges in and immediately turns around and badges out, right in front of some leaders. You will ruin it for the rest of us and they will start tracking time in office, not just days
Hey, Indian food is F’ing delicious! Seriously.
Good review: in your cube by 8am, out after any senior management leaves. Actual work doesn't matter.
Bad review: leaving used kleenex or worse in your hotel cube. Microwaving fish or Indian food for lunch.
Wow. I can’t believe the time has finally come. Driving to uptown and finding parking is going to be the death of me.
Search Chris Brogden in directory Corporate Real Estate he is driving RTO Hub bus. He lives in Charlotte- where he sits will be a hub center. He wouldn’t want to relocate that would be inconvenient for him!
Good lick old friends at USB get out while you can- train wreck is what USB has become!
11 days per month to be in good standing for the RTO goal.
