Manager NDA's

How far down the chain are/were the NDA's? Our team thinks our manager signed a NDA. He isnt totally clear on everything but is also a gossiper. So it sounds like its eating him up to say something but he leaves subtle hints he never ever usually does.

Manager and up. They are told not to talk about it, and basically play d-mb. Stupid is as stupid does - Forrest Gump

The fact that you are even asking this tells you all that you need to know.

Anyone at WS could be under an NDA. Heck the person sitting next to you or who is working on a "project" could be.

I’d just like to know how they have let go of so many but hire in other places? I it makes zero sense to hire after a major rif! Most of the excess fat is at the top and one certain department I’ll not name right now!

Just buy them a few drinks at the bar and they will crack. I’ve heard that is how others find out.
