Well, we all learned today that this company is indeed a third party company that is being run by rich consulting companies. The SLT is being managed by their reins. Welcome to rebadging where we all got the job we never wanted! Too bad we did not go to the Ivy League! I should have passed that s-upid puzzle test that McKinsey gave me!

Cut that onshore by 50k. That's the ultimate goal. Contractors don't count. The goal is 20 to 40k onshore associates who are the best of friends and hang out at pulse points for fun. Lemmings.
Please pay attention to the job postings. Those job titles and areas where they're hiring CGS are the ones that will rif the heaviest and eventually entirely. That is, if the company doesn't collapse under its own greed first.

After seeing 3 associates on my RIFed , I have taken things lightly . Working 3-4 hours a day and on frequent breaks !!! Enjoying while and until I get paid here ….. it’s a honeymoon phase here for me right now , joined just 3 years ago , kind of regret moving here from UHG, but things are same everywhere I guess. Have started sending my resume to colleagues back in UHG!!! Can definitely benefit from a lot of chaos handling experience once I leave !! Run while you can and don’t let them kick you out in the name of offshoring

It is a 3rd party financial management company. Caring for the health of people is just empty words. Customer service does not matter. It is 100% about chasing pennies at the long-term cost of dollars.
It is. Definitely a shell of what it used to be. So much offshoring, plus the company has been in bed with its vendors (Deloitte, McKinsey) for years, so the vendors pretty much run the show now.
