What do we think raises will be? We've got a 2% structure and a 1.1 CIP. I'm hoping for a higher raise but not sure if I think that will happen.

If you're in Texas expect property taxes to go up 10-20%, house insurance to go up another 20-30% if not cancelled outright, and still have to find a way to pay for it with or without a job. Average 5% inflation, so those lucky to still have a job will get a -3% raise adjusted for inflation.
Just stumbled on this, curious if any Australian business unit folks are on here?, awaiting for reorg announcements later this year apparently down here….
If anything, it will move me into the next tax bracket.
If the folks posting on here are actually employees then we really do need to cut a lot of clueless folks! Why is it so difficult to understand that raises are a dependent on performance but also significantly governed by where you are in relation to your PSG mid-point? The closer to (or further above) the mid point that your current salary is, the smaller your raise will be.

If you’re below 100% expect to be moved there with new structure increase. If your over 100% don’t expect much but the 2%.
You worried about a raise? You'll be lucky to have a job at all, clownsack.
I am thinking 5% for me.
It will be around 2% for most people which is under the inflation rate, don't have any high hopes, even with 5% increase the amount is not significant after Tax.
Certainly negative in an inflation adjusted basis.
Probably negative dollars
