The Clark County jury awarded the $100 million, in addition to $14 million in compensatory damages, over USAA’s actions following a 2018 collision involving plaintiff Timothy Kuhn. USAA determined Kuhn was not at fault after being rear-ended in stationary highway traffic, but when Kuhn sued the driver who hit him to collect damages related to a concussion USAA intervened and argued Kuhn was responsible for the crash.

You probably need to thank Clyde for making the hard calls, I’m sure you weren’t saying all this when you were collecting your bonuses. You all act like you are prisoners here, please go work someplace else.

Clyde pinches pennies so hard they scream, cares more about spreadsheets than people, and wouldn’t inspire a drowning man to grab a life preserver.

Sneaky as a cat in a fish market and about as trustworthy as a screen door on a submarine, his idea of leadership is making sure he’s the only one who benefits.

If charisma and inspiring his employees were currency, Clyde would be bankrupt.

The ongoing practice at that company is deny, deny, deny as evident by the issued enforcement actions and consent orders the last several years.

TV commercials cannot clean this up.

He is the biggest je-k I have ever met working at USAA. How has he not run up against HR for poor treatment of employees?!?!

Oh my goodness, that poor person went through so much suffering because of USAA! USAA is a terrible company.

This started before Clyde The Clown got to USAA, but his lack of leadership resulted in this $114M judgement against USAA.
