Nothing
The only DXC winners are employees from India. And clients don’t want to work with India. They get the best including moving to the US with everything paid + salary increase. This is really unfair to American employees. They have a toxic job culture and all the leaders just support their fellows from India. Have you notice that decision takers are only people from India? Supporting employees from India? This is reality not racism.
They are lucky to have a job , most are useless

The fact that Indians expect a gift or at least seems probable that they are accustomed to receiving gifts says it all. In EMEA we don’t even get a Xmas card let alone a gift.
And if the office ever had a party we had to bring our own food.
