Based on CEO email talking about how we're supposed to focus on using AI to make ourselves more productive. Are we not hiring anymore?

That doesn't mean anything. We always have 'open' roles on our careers page. They're just there to fill the page and make it seem like we are hiring.

It's a place for old monsters in leadership who stomp on young people and their ideas.
How about the young ones stay, and the old ones (who never listen) retire?

Former CEO also told us use Ai to help with work.
