- having access to accurate and meaningful documentation.
- have access to tools that work and appeared to be configured by a SME
- attend a meeting where a 33% or more of the time isn't wasted by individuals playing King of the Hill.
- having a manager who isn't a regurgitated project manager that lied on his/her resume.
- working with managers and peers that can't make it through the workday without gaslighting each other.
- dealing with someone who can read their emails and construct meaningful sentences.
- having managers that care more about the mission than self-preservation.
- having managers that don't take someone else's ideas as their own months later.
- deal with an individual that doesn't have a clue what they're talking about, but still wants to argue.
- listen to individuals where 90% of what they say is merely parroting what someone else told them. Because they're clueless.

I work for NTT now. Gainwell can continue burning as it always has. Not my problem.
Useless HMS/Molina/HP/DXC/all these other useless company lifers getting their feelings hurt over being called out for being useless and lazy huh?
Gainwell will literally squash your desire and motivation to do better. They have an answer for everything but yet lack the ability and desire to implement solid improvements.
It's the lifers. They are lazy and have no skills
It’s not the lifers that are the problem.
It’s the leaders. From top to bottom.
I agree with the original poster and could definitely add to the list. But until they force retire the lifers, nothing is going to change. Because there is no accountability. It so mirrors the bureaucracy of the non-elected officials running the country.
DOGE is coming
It's almost like project managers are useless and promoting them and only them is why Gainwell is always failing
To the original post - Provided the people actually respond to your emails. I think it may be a cultural problem at both ends. Some of these Teams meetings are just "I don't understand a word they are saying"
With respect to our accounts, does anyone know how many actual "Corrective Action Plans" we currently have outstanding with the states? Management is always in firefight mode and was wondering if we have an actual count? States affected? I saw someone previously on here allude to us losing a CALS contract?
Thus is Gainwell, the posterchild for dysfunction. No worries. It only gets worse.
Happens everywhere.
Nothing that an avocado, Corona beer and a kickback from the USAID can’t fix.
