I got a severance and never looked back. Its like being cured from a disease. I feel great.
Might as well put that energy elsewhere. HR works to protect the company and not you.
The NDA is a joke - sign it but don't honor it (if you really need the cr-ppy severance.)
I would welcome them trying to sue me for breaking the agreement - they do not want the publicity especially while prepping to sell the POS.
Probably the most important items is even if you sign you are NOT waiving your rights to file an EEOC case - that is against Federal Law. So Sign it and then in within 180 days of your final work day file and EEOC charge - good luck and you might cite DEI policies if nothing else
