Crazy times

I joined the company more than a decade ago, and I can confidently say things have never been worse. Everyone’s fed up with everything: layoffs, being overworked, incompetent management, and so on. People just seem done with the constant chaos and if they can find a way, they're leaving. Crazy times.

Yep our turn-around times are way worse, we’ve lost so much institutional knowledge, incompetent leaders marching to AI deadlines without any thoughts to repercussions. Anyone with a thread of integrity left is leaving…

While I agree that this place is going downhill, so have many aspects of our country for some time (and it's likely going to get worse). I'm not so sure that going to another company will make a big difference - we are seeing things escalate everywhere.

What we're seeing now is that teams have just stopped doing things. We don't support that...That's out of scope....Turn-around will be 6-8 weeks (for a 10 minute change)...Even, X-X used to support that but they are no longer here.

And lazy---s execs reply with...You need to escalate. They won't and want you to because they don't have the cahoonies and are afraid another leader might not like them.

Worse, tariffs mean their boats will cost more so budgets are going to get even tighter.

The implosion has started. The popcorn they gave us is to watch this entertaining sh$tshow. Don't work overtime. Do a half-good job. Don't stress. Update the resume. And enjoy this tragedy of watching this leadership team ruin a once good company.

Fed up is right!!! Executive leadership knows this and couldn’t care less. We do so much harm to our members…I can’t believe we can even still sign clients..oh wait sales lie and misrepresent capabilities then make up predictions and savings that is grossly out of touch.
