Was there a memo to the Director level and aboves in Carelon to mention “Funding is tight” as much as possible in meetings to desensitize teams to be “okay” with triple workloads, lack of resources, poor salary, and horrible bonuses? Take the funding from Executive bonuses. This is absolutely uncalled for the way Elevance is treating employees. I can’t wait to leave.

Sure seems like the Chief of Staff function is prevalent. Have not met one yet that can stand on their own but they are protected by those they are loyal to.
I fully agree with you. It used to be a terrible feeling on a Sunday night to know what was coming Monday morning. Now that feeling is every, single day!!!
I regret ever coming here…I physically get nauseated and stressed thinking about opening my laptop to work in the mornings now. I have NEVER worked such a cr-p hole of a company and I have worked for our competitors.
Counting down to 3/13.
I noticed this today….nope sorry you will give funding for FTE’s, resources to navigate CoC initiatives for implementation or failure is on the Executive team and VP’s. I will not push my team as a Manager to work and perform a 3 person process…I will not. I’m absolutely disgusted with Carelon specifically CCA. It’s bad enough the joke of a merit/bonus I’m forced to give. Carelon is a resource drought and now teams are begging other teams for bandwidth for support… it’s complete insanity. You can except growth with dated technology, poor ability to implement as every process is made to be overly complicated with no support. Get rid of the VP of Staffs and make the Executive team actually work.
