Wondering about enablement managers in ATS. Seems like they are taking over admin roles.... getting into too much of what was historically an administrative assistant role. Are the admins getting laid off. I really need my job and am worrying about it.

If you're an admin at Allstate I'm surprised you still have a job. Sorry, but the writing's on the wall. A bunch of admins were let go a year or two ago from most departments.
Not sure, but I’m surprised they’re not calling them “Product Managers” or “Product Owners” since that seems to be the trend—at least until something better comes along. Honestly, the HR system and job classifications are broken.
