I’m wondering if the OP has ever taken the time actually look at our supplier diversity program? While a woman owned and minority owned business is an option, so is veteran owned and service connected disabled owned veteran.

Additionally, if you read further these drops downs are utilized not for merit but to leverage tax purposes for USAA at the end of the year because merit is the ultimate consideration.

1st, OP, as stated in a prior comment, the EO does not apply to private companies. Educate yourself please, you sound d-mb. And I’m all for the EO… but dang.

Next… D E I is racism and the foundation for many bad things, including evil things to children. If you’re not aware, you’re not educated on this topic enough. If you are aware but say nothing, your complicit. If you’re aware and engaged in DEI practices, you’re part of the problem.
