@1pg+1jk1jggmr
Someone drank all of the conspiracy theory Kool aide. Are you OK?
Sounds like an awful experience for you, you should consider switching to an organization that better fits your unique needs and ideals.😉 Looks like you are foaming at the mouth a bit so I’ll let this be my last response.
Good luck in your job search - I’m sure you are top talent!
You still don't get it. You conflate your projections with my statements. I'm simply saying that DEI is not an organic movement. It's synthetic. Blackrock and ESG are all facts. Go and look it up yourself (but you won't). It's created by those who wish to control the masses, people like you. Do you know how many people attend the grace hopper conference where they talk extensively about "white men" and all this racist content? Thats empowering USAA employees with social justice. No thanks. They created a whole department to police employees about using pronouns, while HR retaliated against those who raised concerns about those in BOLD abusing children and promoting religious discrimination. Do you even care? You'll deny it because your not aware and your d-mb.
Or the time USAA implemented discrimination at the turn stiles due to masks. Or the time when USAA was working with the feds to implement vaccine mandates once the law cleared (thankfully it didnt). Go look at the technical documentation. It's all there. Go look at the vaccine attestation database that they have to keep for years. Or the time our "leaders" would lie to us all about the "vaccine" being approved (Dr. W.)? It was only emergency auth. USAA scrubbed UTV to delete the videos. Remember when they had our "managers" become storm troopers and had to know our vaccine status?
So just because your a dipsh-t doesn't mean USAA is innocent. Assume all the positive intent you want, but thats why you took the shots and masked yourself. Because you can't think for yourself. DEI is for losers. Equality is not a thing. Diversity is not our strength.
Your repeated posts about BlackRock, DE&I, and ESG across all these posts come across as misplaced frustration. Instead of addressing these topics constructively, your tone suggests a tendency to deflect accountability for personal challenges and your own sub par performance in life. I encourage you to reflect on this and consider seeking professional guidance to better understand and address these feelings.
Advocating for equitable access to resources, supporting disabled veterans in finding meaningful careers, and empowering women in STEM, banking, and leadership are not divisive actions—they are steps toward a more inclusive and fair society. If such efforts make you uncomfortable or insecure, that is something worth introspection. Progress requires empathy and the ability to appreciate perspectives beyond our own. To my knowledge , no one is abusing kids, mandating masks or vaccines. If they are, you need to report it to corporate security or you are complicit.
You're not educated on the topic. Of course racism and s-xism and all that sh-t exists. But Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a corporate curriculum created by global "leaders", packaged by vendors (there are hundreds of them) and sold to the corp world. Go LOOK IT UP. ESG scores are used to determine how much you can play ball in the corporate world. You don't get good ESG scores without corporate impact.... DEI scores. DUH.
They sold you a sack of sh-t with glitter on it and told you "diversity is our strength". They manipulate you with the good stuff while implementing the bad. Get it now? You're cognitive dissonance is showing.
Yea, get a history book. Policies had to be put in place for a reason…It’s hard to believe with so much information available via libraries and reputable internet source, this level of ignorance still exists. Could things be improved, absolutely but to deny there isn’t racism/s-xism/or environmental issues in the world directed at veterans, women and people of color is just plain stupid. Are you not watching what is happening to women around the world? Or what’s happening to poor communities with regards to poison water, ghost oil wells and horrible infrastructure?
Take your rusty a-s back to the trailer you crawled from under. I guess when you surround yourself with ignorant beliefs and people you don’t realize it. Praying for your children and grandchildren.
USAA hired veterans and military spouses for decades BEFORE Blackrock, ESG (corporate scores) and the corporate DEI curriculum was implemented in just about every F500+. While it's true that USAA and other corps like to group veterans/military into DEI, it does NOT mean veteran advocacy and hiring preferences are DEI. Just not true. DEI is 100% racism and cultural marxism. It's worse than the dog sh-t on your shoes and DEI brown noses. Remember, DEI is nothing without the loser racists who implement it.
Help
Our entire veteran hiring program is a DEI hiring program

On both sides I think we care about biases run amok, e.g. nepotism. Also being able to relate and best serve members.
A very top-down culture will lean to removing checks and balances, whether ill conceived or not. Especially if it 'saves money' and leads to 'faster decision making'. BOD probably feel they 'saved' on the search committee. Healthy Challenge is long dead at USAA .

I never knew this!
MEH, ive seen people with all these credentials and certs get hired and were absolute tools and mo--ns I guess it really depends on the hiring manager.
The problem is equality!! It is never okay to be equal. And that is what all the fuss is about. There is a feeling that something is being taken away. It’s fine when it is for those that feel they deserve to be better, but it is not okay when it is brought to our attention that, “we really aren’t”. For the majority of us, it was simply given and only because of skin color or who our parents were or who our parents knew. THAT, is what all the fuss is about. There is a feeling that nobody can be equal or better than us. Which is why we are starting to fail. Feel free to call me wrong, but you know it is true.
I laugh every time I hear the uneducated talk about race when it comes to DEI. SOOOO let me help you. The huge majority of DEI hires are white women. White. Caucasian. European. https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2023/06/29/affirmative-action-who-benefits-white-women/70371219007/
Yes, it's not like the program was put in place for a reason or anything like that. If you were a white male, you could get any position you wanted well above the average salary anywhere in the US. Everyone else was, well, just not qualified for the same, or sometimes, any level. And how long did that go on?
HR just goes back to quiet activism. Have you ever considered that? Might that look like? Your EC member had thoughts on.
Long before the acronyms they were already doing this. Assume they will purge all the 2000 to current workforce analytics reports to protect from suits
The reality most diverse (veterans, women, and pic) have to be over qualified
