Move on and get out

I would recommend anyone who is young get out. There’s no future in the railroad like in the past. Used to be if you were one of the few who were luck enough to get a railroad job you were set for life. Now it’s just another average at best job. Stop kidding your self, move on, get out.

You’re right,I worked from 1979 until 2020 ,saw lots of job cuts ,most people working now will never draw a dime of retirement,not sustainable,less working and more drawing,retirement was the only reason I stayed 40 years and I’ll tell anyone it wasn’t worth it
