Wanted to hear some thoughts on AMD's ZT system acquisition. ZT is not a technology company and folks here do some stuff like server packaging, shock and vibration testing, server chassis design etc. They also have a huge TPM team and all they do is update bug tracker and co-ordinate with hyperscale server customers. All these teams are coming to AMD. How will they fit in? If AMD is not going to build full scale servers, these teams have no role to play.

Apparently AMD laid off 1000 plus employees to make room for ZT employees.
AMD will 100% layoff employees to make room on both companies. The leadership at AMD is a dumpster fire. They should get rid of every executive at this company and start from scratch. Every one of them is a joke.
why not bring this up during the worldcast?
