Interested parties will have to apply and should speak to their manager. WHO IN THIS COMPANY has 25% of their time free to dedicate to this, and if someone does, how stupid would they have to be to raise their hand and say they have that much extra capacity with the rest of us are doing the work of 3-5-more people?

McKinsey is cutting staff. The low performers. They need a job, so they are applying here. McKinsey outcomes will destroy this company. SLT is not bright enough to lead, so they hire consultants.
If asked, or thinking about it, not do it. Trust me...... if your "initiative" doesn't develop you will be under the red hot spotlight.
The elephant in the room being they wouldn't need VOLUNTEERS had they not RIFed so aggressively. Genuinely hope no one does. What actual incentive is there?

KW has no answers. He gets rid of experienced people and keeps the dead weight and wonders why the company sux.
Why don’t they just fix the problems they already have instead of inventing new ones to fix.
What a joke this is. KW can’t get anything done on his own. Who would want to join this team? They work 80 hour weeks and he ran the only competent people out of the group.
