Heard from manager that bonuses will be funded at around 40% this year.

Pretty soon our “bonuses” will be a year subscription to the Jelly of the month club.
How did the company profit 6 Billion yet people are getting RIF’d and there is no money for bonus/raises?
Related note, do offshore get AIP?
AIPs are set to be the lowest they have ever been, and has nothing to do with "performance".
Was sticking around just to get my bonus. Sounds like it's not even worth it now.
Not even 30% in Carelon Payment Integrity CCA
Ours was funded at about the same last year... about 150%. This year =35%.
AIP baseline was 105% last year in my area with high performers getting up to 150%.
Go ahead and downvote me haters but it’s true.
What is it usually? I have been here over 10 years and my annual raise and bonus never change. They are about the same each year.
Will we still get a raise at least?
What a hole this company is. Some of the d-mbest folks I've ever worked for.
Jarvis Cocker wrote a song about C-suite types, called "Running the World". Give it a listen on YouTube and see if it reminds you of a situation you may be familiar with.
Also keep in mind that the AIP rate for executives are extremely high. Example:
your bonus: your salary * 40% bonus * AIP rate
Exec bonus: very high salary * > 40 bonus * Very high AIP rate + Stock options
Do the math. Executives may cry for lower $ this time, but they still make a ton.
35-55% range across enterprise.
You heard correctly. Some areas a few % more. Some areas a few % less. In all areas us underlings are sc--wed.
That's bullying. I'm certain the C-suite will all get their full bonus though
