This is nothing new considering Katz openly said they wanted AI capabilities to anticipate why the consumer was calling before speaking to an agent. Their goal is to eliminate frontline costs and doesn't take much to read between the lines that meant layoffs.
Not if we merge with the machines. Can't automate our roles if we digitize our souls.
