I’ve seen some different answers, when is the 401k match?

"Should be tomorrow payday Feb 31"

I'm sure you mean Jan 32 in this and other threads. No? Oh! You thought you were so smart and funny? News flash ... you are neither.

All signs point to cheapness at USB, from not matching contributions year round to moving to a non-safe harbor 401k plan. Will a business that is thriving need to literally nickel and dime their employees?

I’ve worked for a few banks in my time. The fact that USB is the only one to make its matching contributing all at once and basically at the last allowable time per IRS regs just reeks of cheapness. You can’t make it at the same time I do and hold it in a restricted account if not fully vested? Save $2 and deny employees a year of market gain in contributions. Really pathetic.
