These consultants sell the same cr@p to all the petrochem companies…
Very similar to Exxon and BP we have contracted with McKinsey for the overall plan. For the move to ENGINE and handling people resources in India, EY is being used.

No idea why we pay so much for execs who just outsource their own jobs to consultants.

haha, why not use AI to solve the company's problems, why are we still paying consultants to do the work AI can.
If ELT cannot course correct and plan wisely on their own, what are they being paid for.... ? The very fact that outside consultants are so desperately needed to save ship signals high levels of incompetency at the top.
Oh No....I hope they're printing their charts and PP slides double-sided... gotta save money where we can!
How cost -efficient of the company to pay millions in consulting fees for obvious 'guidance' ... bravo!
