The kube won't like DOGE very much when DOGE finds out how much L3HARRIS is spending on DEI. But, there will be some cost savings when those programs are terminated here.
Disappointing that L3Harris announced 400 Million in unplanned savings on the call, while just recently announcing a low 2.5% merit pool for employees. It would have been roughly 11% if they supported employees with that "savings".
This action alone shows where their priorities are.

The earnings blurb I saw referred to "cost savings" so maybe the Royal Court will talk about this during the call. I sometimes look at the transcripts which come out a few days afterwards. It will be interesting to see how they address "rationalizing" the work force and what they might say about possible sales of various groups and locations.
