The “new boss” in product needs to move to a company that employs machines and not people - totally clueless about how to run the product org or work with people. Desperately seeking to be liked by the young and inexperienced who he puts in a position of power and then fu--s everything up. He needs to go before he ruins the place even more.

You know when a manager holds a protected conversation (which is confidential) and then that same manager goes and tells others about it … I pray someone teaches Mr. New Boss a lesson soon. Out with him!

Chorus team needs a refresh - current employees lack industry experience and just pretend to know how things work. There are some of the best time wasters on that team. Just look at their revenue contribution .. product needs a new team, and customer facing teams need a deep cut ..

Blue Prism should have never been purchased by SS&C - Bill should sell it to a private investor - instead of ruining it with Anthony.

SS&C’s $1.65 billion investment to acquire Blue Prism has unfortunately led to significant layoffs, a direct result of the merger. One of the most questionable decisions Bill made was acquiring an RPA vendor when the hype around RPA has long passed. When SS&C merged Chorus and Blue Prism, most of the Chorus team was let go, with the Blue Prism team taking control. With their 10,000-strong solution-selling team, the Blue Prism leadership effectively ran the operation like a tight-knit syndicate, poaching almost everyone from the Chorus (SS&C Tech) team. They treated the Chorus team poorly, bullying them to the point where many left before being made redundant. Bill Stone will eventually realize how much money was wasted on the Blue Prism acquisition. The Blue Prism culture, more suited to a startup environment, is now clashing with the corporate and solution sales model, as they rely heavily on their partners for support.

Security is the one area you dont want to make cuts, it just takes one missed or disgruntled ex-employee to leave a gaping hole to an already shot-to-pieces swiss piece of cheese - good job we have some great programmers :-)

There's nobody left to layoff, we're skeleton staff as it is! I'm now expected to be doing the work of 3 people and working until midnight most nights just to stay afloat. Oh and not being paid any extra money

There are layoffs almost every 2 weeks I feel like.
If it's not a layoff, it's a re-org in anticipation of a soon to come layoff.
There is no job security at the company.

They can be anytime, but typically we see something right around the time earnings results are released.
