Do all you people not have access to MyHR on the Bank's intranet site? All these questions are on there. Just look it up instead of posting ridic questions on a rando site and expecting others to do the work for you.

What’s the difference between an LTI grant and a long term cash payout? I think I know, but am curious (having received one but not the other).

All the information is out on MyHR. LTI grants are 2/27, AIP is paid 2/28, merit increases take effect and long term cash is paid 3/14.

and Bonus payment date was March 3 (in 2024)

2024 Award was as follows: March 2 "LTI Grant date. Employees must be actively employed on this date to receive the award."
