Around SETH. Backwards looking and had nothing to do with path forward. Layoffs will happen as planned, regardless of CIP multiplier.

Either way, remember that the company factor will have a far bigger impact on your CIP than your individual performance does. And similarly for your merit increase, where the structure increase and your CO probably has more impact than your performance.

Remember these inalienable truths when you’re working your tenth hour of overtime for the week aiming for that elusive EE.
