I know MW is full staff over upcoming layoffs. Only thing that gets him off now.
Even the federal government is faster than us. Just send out a “fork in the road” email and get going immediately.
Someone asked me today when we will hear info. I said 3-13 months for the info that will tell you personally what you need to know. Don’t hold your breath, take care of yourselves everyone.
The BoD just finished their 1Q2025 meeting today…so…CIP and other fun things announced soon.
First half Feb is what I heard.
It works the same way every time. During the SETH: “We’ve got to do better to beat the competition. You’ll be hearing more from your leaders.” Then within the next few business days: “You heard in the SETH we need to focus on competitive performance. To that end, we’re taking the following actions…”
And the rest will be a series of “watch for this email” that will frame up the layoff process / selection event.
Info will start coming out during or soon after the shared energy townhall.
We got an email from BN yesterday that strongly hinted at some upcoming changes to be announced during SETH
Not before SETH.
